Refund policy
If you would like to return your wax melt/s order, please email us at blissfulmomentsscents@gmail.com and provide the following information:
- Order number and delivery address
- Reason for wanting to return your order
- Image/s of your wax melt order and the area of concern
Items/orders can only be returned if:
- Wax melts are in their original packaging with all labels intact
- Wax melts and all packaging must not show any signs of wear or use
- Wax melt frosting is a natural occurrence within soy wax melts, and orders cannot be returned for this reason

Store Credit Exchange:
Each return case is handled individually, and depending on the circumstances, a store credit exchange may be offered in place of a delivered item. This decision is solely at the discretion of Blissful Moments and will be confirmed with the customer during communication.
While we are a small business, we strive to offer our customers the best experience possible. That's why we have a 30-day return or store credit exchange policy. Our 30-day return and store credit policy starts from the date of delivery.
During the 30-day return period, you, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Blissful Moments will refund shipping costs up to £1.65 (the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery), along with the original value of the order, upon receiving the returned order. To qualify for this policy, Blissful Moments requires photographic evidence of the return receipt cost on confirmed and accepted returned orders.
After the 30-day return period, you, the customer, are responsible for covering the cost of returning your order, which will not be refunded. Only the value of the original order will be refunded in the form of store credit.
