Our Story
2021: Where our story began
Tom and Hasip absolutely love everything there is about wax melts and candles but after a while noticed the same fragrances were available everything and just felt samey and difficult to find eco friendly wax melts.
With that Tom and Hasip set up Blissful Moments with the aim to offer a variety of beautiful and unique fragrances each hand picked and tailored for every occasion.
Tom and Hasip began making and selling their wax melts for friends and family which quickly grew and by the end of August 2021 they had launched Blissful Moments located in Hull with 10 unique and absolutely stunning fragrances selling them through their facebook page and attending small fairs and markets.

2022 - Our customers
2022 saw the transition of their Christmas scent Snow Queen from their 2021 Christmas collection move over to their all year round fragrance range and on the 26th September 2022 they sold over 100 Snow Queen wax melts.
Whilst focusing and releasing a range of fragrances, Tom and Hasip was focused on talking and building their customer relationships. As a result they attended over 20 craft fairs and markets in Hull, Hessle and the surrounding villages throughout 2022 (thats nearly 2 per month)
By the end of 2022 Tom and Hasip were selling wax melts quicker than they could make them. They had made over 200 sales on through their Etsy store and had sold over 300 clamshells and over 400 snapbars through Facebook, Etsy and attending craft fairs and markets.
2023 - The year of new launches
By the end of 2022 Tom and Hasip were thinking big, so 2023 saw and became the year of new launches.
Stocking in not 1 but 2 different local stockists, Tom and Hasip set up and stock their range of wax melts in a garden centre in Hull and a craft studio called Made It Studio located in Hedon.
Blissful Moments had grown so much that Tom and Hasip decided to expand and built their own Blissfulmomentsscents.co.uk with the aim to offer and tailor their products more to each and every one of their customers.
Continuing with their aim to offer unique and strong wax melt fragrances, Tom and Hasip released 15 different fragrances throughout 2023 including:

- Midnight Bloom
- Harmony
- Midnight Sun
Wanting to offer their amazing and unique fragrances to more people, Tom and Hasip launched their range of eco friendly car fragrance diffusers.
By the end of July 2023 Tom and Hasip's small wax melt business had grown faster than they could of ever, making over 500 sales through their Etsy shop and gained over 180 5* reviews.
Autumn saw the release of our Spooktacular 2023 Autumn collection which included the newly added fragrance Pumpkin Spice scent wax melts. With our newly launched Autumn collection also so the release of our handmade soy candles. We've always wanted to make and release candles and just felt Autumn 2023 was the perfect time as we begin to throw our cosy jumpers on and light a candle to feel cosy on the evening.
What an incredible Christmas but super busy season which saw us release 10 amazing Christmas inspired wax melt fragrances with 3 being new for 2023 as long with 3 candles in the fragrances of Snow Queen, Gingerbread and Northern Lights. We also attended 19 Christmas markets over a month period which is a record for us.
2024 - It's going to be a amazing year
With the feedback we received from our customers over the winter season, we've decided to release 5 amazing candle fragrances which include:

- We can't reveal all of our secrets, we will update the list as we release the fragrances.
Along with our candle launches, we've also got some really exciting new wax melt fragrances to launch as well which include Cappuccino and our spring inspired fragrance Pink Grapefruit.

Pay in 30 days is a credit product which lets you pay any time within 30 days of your purchase interest-free. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.
Am I eligible for Pay in 30 days?
You need to be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use Klarna’s credit products including Pay in 30 days. When you choose Klarna they will also check the information you provide and your financial situation.
How does Pay in 3 work?
Klarna’s Pay in 3 is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal interest-free payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.
How do I make repayments to Klarna?
Klarna will take your Pay in 3 payments from the debit or credit card you shared when you made your purchase. Klarna will take the first payment when you make your purchase, the second payment after 30 days and the final payment 60 days from the day you made your purchase. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as Blissful Moments has confirmed with Klarna that your cancelation / return has been accepted, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. You will see the return in the Klarna app immediately.
What happens if I don’t make a payment on time?
Pay in 3 is a credit product and you are required to make your scheduled payments to Klarna. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule. Klarna will send you multiple friendly reminders before payment is due so you can make sure you’ve got enough money to pay. If payment fails, you may be charged a late fee, subject to our T&Cs.
How do I know Klarna has received my payment?
Klarna will notify you by email, SMS or push notification when a payment is due and when you have made or missed a payment. You can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.
I have canceled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancelation or your return, the refund will normally be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally used at checkout.
